Turkey Curry

The turkey is mocking me. When all the sandwiches you can eat have been eaten, and you can’t stuff another bite of stuffing in, just what does one do with the seemingly endless supply of bird? Ode to Turkey Burgers

May is National Burger Month, let the world rejoice. To celebrate I chose to revisit one of the greatest turkey burger recipes I’ve ever come across, compliments of the genius over at Foodista. I’m still working on improving my recipe naming ability. Anyway, this one starts with one of the greatest products ever to come out of Trader Joe’s, the Harvest Grains Blend, and just gets better from there.
